The Open Hardware Summit is the annual conference organized by the Open Source Hardware Association

The 2021 Open Hardware Summit will be held Friday, April 9th 2021. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be held virtually. Though talks will be livestreamed, tickets will grant access to interactive portions of the event including meet-and-greets and sponsor booths. The Open Hardware Summit is the annual conference of the 501c3 Open Source Hardware Association (OSHWA). We aim to foster technological knowledge and encourage research that is accessible, collaborative and respects user freedom. OSHWA is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity and donations and sponsorships to OSHWA and the Summit are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Types of tickets:

Backer (sold out)- Help others get to the Summit. This ticket price funds future Ada Lovelace travel grants. This ticket comes with a goodie bag that will be mailed to you.

Standard (sold out) – The standard ticket gives you access to the Open Hardware Summit virtual event. This ticket comes with a goodie bag that will be mailed to you.

Summit Only – Gives you access to the interactive features of the summit, but no goodie bag.

Hardship – Are you a student, starving artists or just low on funds? We still want you to be able to attend the Summit. This ticket is for those who cannot afford standard admission.

Standard + OSHWA membership! (sold out)  – This will give you access to the Open Hardware Summit virtual event on April 9th along with a year long subscription of OSHWA (Open Source Hardware Association) membership. This ticket comes with a goodie bag that will be mailed to you.
