Conference Overview TCNJ’s School of Business hosts an annual Women’s Leadership Summit for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members. With the goal of providing women leaders with the opportunity to learn about and discuss topics relevant to their personal and professional lives.

The Women’s Leadership Summit is proud to partner with Dress for Success of Central New Jersey for the 2022 event.

We ask attendees to bring business appropriate gently used or new jewelry, shoes, handbags, coats, gloves, and hats on the day of the event. All items must be in good condition, no rips, tears, visible scuffs, worn down heels, etc.
