Stephanie Rich is Head of Platform at Bread and Butter Ventures where she works to add continuous value to portfolio companies and founders. She is also EIR at Techstars Farm to Fork Accelerator in partnership with Cargill and Ecolab. Steph has worked with numerous early stage startups as a mentor and advisor, and has received the Techstars #givefirst award three separate times. She has hands-on expertise in bringing products and companies to market while building, cultivating and sustaining customer bases online and off. She has founded two companies and was employee #1 at Particle, the leading Integrated IoT platform.

4. Dhaval Kapadia – Angel Investor, Serial entrepreneur

Dhaval is an angel Investor, serial entrepreneur and a mentor. He is the Vice-Chair of TiE SoCal Angels, and Cofounder of the Startup Steroid platform. Dhaval’s mission is to help founders connect with investors, and provide them with education, mentorship and guidance to help them take their businesses to the next level.

As an angel investor, Dhaval looks for strong financial governance within a company. He knows that the numbers always tell a story, and looking at the financials of a company easily helps to differentiate between a reliable plan vs. wishful thinking.

Before his entrepreneurial adventures, Dhaval had over 15 years of experience in the highly competitive field of private equity investments, asset management and consulting in New York City. He now brings that experience to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses. His in-depth understanding of finance, business strategy and organizational behavior makes him a great mentor for founders.

5. Graham Peck – Venture Partner Cultivation Capital

Graham Peck is an angel and venture capital investor, entrepreneur and operator. He helps companies large and small to scale their technology teams and is also a Venture Partner with Cultivation Capital which invests in Seed and Series A Stage Software Technology Companies. He is also a member of a multi-generational family office and operating business which does close tolerance sheet metal component manufacturing for the gas turbine engine industry. For the family office, he leads the angel/venture alternative investing group and serves on the investment committee. Graham is the founding partner of a roll-up group which is actively pursuing acquisitions of several custom software technology development and cybersecurity services companies. He is a double major graduate of Franklin University in Business Administration and Marketing.

6. Keith Newman – Managing Partner at Newman Media

Keith Newman is a media and technology executive and has worked across many successful technology and media organizations. Newman started his career as a writer and then an editor before using his experience to focus to revenue partnerships. Lately, Newman has focused more recently on helping early stage businesses develop successful growth strategies for today’s market. Newman has held management roles with ReCode, IDG, CMP/UBM, PodTech, Aptimus, N-Computing, Pinger, Ziff-Davis and others.
