Event Description

In this workshop we will share & practice strategies for how to make a better business case to improve your recruiting processes + more!

Gaining senior buy-in for candidate experience can seem impossible. TA professionals understand that our rejected candidates are just as crucial to our bottom line as our hired candidates. For starters, there are more rejected candidates than hired. Out of all the candidates you have for any requisition, you will not hire upwards of 90% of them. Our CandE Resentment Calculator shows this could mean millions of revenues lost in any fiscal year. However, there can also be a net positive of revenue and referrals.

But how do we convince business leadership to invest in improving candidate experience? This virtual workshop will provide you with an understanding of senior buy-in, what metrics you should include, and how to align TA needs with your company’s goals. Join us on #CandExperienceDay2022, January 26, 2022, at 12:00 pm EST for this 90-minute interactive workshop to kick off the new year!

During this workshop you’ll learn:

  • How candidate experience impacts the business bottom line
  • How you can ensure greater candidate referrals
  • How to make a better business case to improve your recruiting processes

This virtual workshop will be held on January 26th from 12-130 pm ET. Get 1 SHRM & HRCI credit for attending as well!
