Join us at LMHQ for our February Women’s Breakfast all about creating a curious culture at work. Hear from Susan Lee, VP of People at Warby Parker, discuss how the startup has developed a distinct culture of “hmm” (rather than “hrmph”), where employees are encouraged to ask questions, seek the answers, and are rewarded for taking risks.
Susan will also talk about her career in HR, and how finding a job where she could bring her whole self to work makes her a better employee.
Moderated by LMHQ’s Director of Programs and Events, Tracy Candido, this fireside chat will give attendees an inside look on a leading startup’s employee culture, and provide insights on tactics for how to build a curious company.
